Working for Crannoch

Crannoch works hard to show how much staff are valued and to this end was the first Residential Child Care Establishment in Fife to be registered as a Living Wage Employer.  Some of the benefits available to staff include a Pension Scheme, Independent and Confidential Counselling Service, Presents on Birthdays and at Christmas, Annual Appraisal, Star Awards for outstanding pieces of work and an Alternative Therapist who provides a variety of therapies such as massage and Aroma Therapy.

Crannoch supports staff to gain their formal qualifications and provides a range of other development opportunities such as eLearning, Training Courses, Seminars and a Staff Development Plan that is produced annually.
